Wendy focuses her practice in the areas of commercial real estate, business and technology.  She advises clients in a variety of industries on business and legal matters, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, licensing contracts and commercial leases; commercial real estate financing and sale/acquisition transactions; advising start-up businesses with formation and governance issues; and assisting clients with private securities offerings. She also works with banks in connection with delinquent loan obligations, special credit assets, and workout/settlement arrangements.  Wendy’s experience includes assisting with complex commercial litigation, which enables her to better serve clients in managing the issues and risks that businesses often face.

Background

Born and raised in California, Wendy moved to Seattle in 2004 to attend law school. Happy to have discovered the beautiful Pacific Northwest, she currently lives in downtown Seattle with her husband, Joshua. Wendy enjoys backpacking and traveling, and for all of those rainy Seattle days, curling up with a good book.
