James E. HadleyMember Jay is a veteran business lawyer. His practice involves business planning for a wide variety of clients, including companies with offices in Europe and Asia. He frequently represents clients in complex business transactions and serves as advisor to high net worth individuals on acquisitions and other business investments. Jay has particular experience in contract drafting and interpretation issues, including preparing complex purchase and sale agreements, financial and legal due diligence analysis, and business strategies development. He has been lead attorney for transactions in internet, technology, telephone, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, automobile dealership and other business sectors.
